    Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) is a professional development strategy that uses a cyclical process. This process supports staff use of effective practices that lead to positive outcomes for children and/or families. PBC occurs in the context of collaborative partnerships.

Important Information

This session will be ongoing from 01.01.2025 - 06.01.2024.

Staff are offered up to 10 hours of professional development between January and June as part of the PBC. Assigned coaches (EDC/ECS) hold the responsibility to lead and track PBC time. Individual staff PBC time is recorded in Wisdomwhere in July.
