    Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) is a professional development strategy that uses a cyclical process. This process supports staff use of effective practices that lead to positive outcomes for children and/or families. PBC occurs in the context of collaborative partnerships.

Important Information

This session will be ongoing from 08.26.2024 - 12.30.2024.

Staff are offered up to 10 hours of professional development between August and December as part of the PBC. Assigned coaches (EDC/ECS) hold the responsibility to lead and track PBC time. Individual staff PBC time is recorded in Wisdomwhere in January.
