In-person CPR, AED, and First Aid training.
This training equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies by teaching them how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use and automated external defibrillator (AED), and administer basic first aid techniques, allowing them to provide life-saving care until professional medical help arrives.
Participants will engage in hands-on practice with chest compressions and rescue breathing, including adaptations for adults, children and infants.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification from the American Heart Association.
