Project Management for the Non-Project Manager
|
Project Management for the Non-Project Manager is a two-day course intended for those whose jobs require them to take on projects, in addition to their normal activities. Unlike daily routines where resources are usually dedicated, projects often need additional resources. This course teaches the mechanics of effective project management, including how to identify, and allocate needed resources, get people on board, better utilize team member's skills and achieve successful results. Expect to be fully engaged right from the start of this course. You will learn and apply a step by step approach to reduce the risk and uncertainty and achieve greater outcomes associated with project management.
