*This training includes a required online training module that must be completed prior to the live training (online module information received upon registration). Each grade-level specific training provides the skills necessary to implement the MI Model for Health curriculum, as well as shares resources and classroom strategies specific to each training. Content includes: social and emotional health; nutrition and physical activity; safety; alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs; personal health and wellness. The MI Model for Health curriculum aims to give students in grades K-12 the knowledge and skills needed to practice and maintain healthy behaviors and lifestyles.
Online pre-work will be shared mid-February if you are not attending the optional morning portion. Please contact Kristi Hillock at khillock@maresa.org if you would like access to the online pre-work before mid-February.
