1.Understand the transition to and value of Dynamic Learning Maps as an instructional resource to support and improve access to standards aligned instruction for students with significant cognitive disabilities;
2. Identify key terminology of DLM;
3. Understand how instruction in mathematics, reading, writing, and science impacts post-secondary opportunities;
4. Identify alignment of Essential Elements (EEs) to PA Core standards and PA STEELS standards for purposes of providing standards aligned instruction;
5. Navigate instructional and assessment resources via the DLM website;
6. Interpret mini-maps and understand linkage levels for identifying the level of support and individualized learning target for students;
7. Understand instructionally embedded assessments and how to utilize the instructional planner in coordination with lesson/unit plans;
8. Interpret score reports to support instructional decision making and IEP Team planning;
9. Improve parent engagement
