Course Description / Topics:
The Advanced System Manager Course is for experienced, high level security system managers and users who have taken the Software House 9000 System Manager course.
The course covers the advanced features and options of the C•CURE 9000 System and presents procedures for using those features. All of the end user features that are not covered in the 9000 System Manager course are covered here. Students will be taught and then perform each function in a lab.
Subjects include: Describe high level administrative configuring of personnel, including queries, partitioning, privileges, import-export, and auto import; events topics, including those involving Intrusion Zones, Keypad Commands, reader LCD displays, and E-mail. Configuring of Anti-Passback, CCTV, NetVUE, and Video Edge. Configuring of system operator and guard related topics, including maps, gracing cardholders, and responding to alarms.

Audience:
Senior personnel responsible for the design and implementation of the end-user security system. The people attending this course would typically be supervising and supporting the personnel that attend the 9000 Operator and 9000 System Manager course course.
This is an End-User course.

None. A certificate of completion is given to each participant.
Prerequisites:
Successful completion of the C-CURE 9000 System Manager course (AC9410).
Basic knowledge of Windows.
Microsoft Networking Essentials or equivalent.
