Audience: Secondary teachers who teach a creative writing course

Instructor: Dana VanderLugt

Designed specifically for creative writing instructors, this full-day session delves into research-based best practices for teaching creative writing. Recognizing that creative writing is often offered as an elective and taught by a single teacher in middle and high schools, this session emphasizes building a sense of collaboration and connection among creative writing colleagues in our county and beyond. Participants will leave feeling inspired and equipped with fresh ideas, strategies, and resources to enrich their own writing classrooms."

Cost: $25
