2025 CSLC Day 1: Spiritual Leadership
Administrators will gather at St. Francis Xavier church in McKean for a 1:00 PM Mass followed by a spiritual leadership component from 2:00-4:00 PM. Concluding the event, administrators are welcomed to Nick's Place in Edinboro for dinner and drinks.

2025 CSLC Day 2: Introducing STAGR

Don Smith of First Educational Resources  will lead school administrators through three sessions:

Session1: Instructional Leadership and the Impacts on Collective Teacher Efficacy 

Session 2: STAGR Roadmap Overview: A synopsis of how the model is designed and interconnected.

Session 3: The STAGR Process: Administrators will learn how to develop a grading and leadership team, prioritize standards, and develop learning targets and success indicators.

Session 4:Target Aligned Assessments: Administrators will learn how to lead processes of creating target/standard aligned assessments and how to utilize the high-quality assessment protocol. 

Session 5: Analyze the Current State: Administrators will reflect on school progress utilizing the STAGR model's success criteria by grade and content area.

Session 6: Principal Action Planning for the 2025-2026 School Year
