Coaching Dispositions: Facilitating Adult Learning - Day 3
This follow-up workshop will focus on the role of the literacy coach in strengthening the necessary skills to facilitate adult learning and navigating change and will provide learning in strong coaching techniques including collaboration even when meeting resistance, fostering a culture of growth through feedback and supporting self-directedness and urgency.
Target Audience
PK-12 Literacy and other Instructional Coaches
Learner Outcomes
-Fostering a culture of self-directedness & urgency with the adults you learn beside? -Developing habits of listening, responding, the people you learn beside, and shared accountability.
