A network that supports teachers who have recently graduated, or completed an educator training program, and are employed in their first teaching experience.
Participants will learn practical strategies that can be implemented immediately in the classroom. First year teachers will have the opportunity to build a support system through networking with others facing similar opportunities and barriers. The series includes after school sessions along with online activities based on implementation of new learning. Topics include: 5D+, classroom management, understanding poverty, classroom technology, using data, and more!
All sessions will be held at Clare-Gladwin RESD from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and a light dinner will be provided. Up to 30 SCECHs available Cost: $100
