Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
This one-day course on Critical thinking skills and behaviors is essential to effective problem solving. This course exposes participants to frameworks, methods, tools and techniques that better equip them to identify problems and challenges and make effective decisions to address them. Developing the ability to rationally and objectively recognize, evaluate and act on both problems and opportunities is key to creating value through strategic and innovative thinking.
