Elwyn ELS provides preschool early intervention services to children ages 3 to the age of beginners in the city of Philadelphia. Elwyn ELS processes intake referrals, conducts multi-disciplinary team evaluations and implements early intervention services to ensure that all eligible preschool early intervention students in the city receive access to high-quality support. Elwyn ELS is an approved ACT 48 provider and aims to provide robust professional development on a wide variety of topics relevant to preschool early intervention.

Please keep in mind that if you are a PA certified teacher, you must enter your PPID number, as your individual identifier, when participating in Act 48 activities. You can locate your PPID number by visiting the PDE website, https://www.education.pa.gov/Educators/ContinuinEd/Act%2048%20and%20PERMS/Pages/default.aspx.
If you are not a PA certified teacher, you will denote that you wish to receive “Professional Development” credits, rather than Act 48.
