New Features

Public Search

  • Added the ability to specify the default number of months used to set the date range in the public search. Contact us if you would like a change from the default 6 months.

Unit Types

  • Added the ability to set default Unit Type Group when adding a session in session maintenance

Improvements

Admin List Options

  • We load 100 records by default and now, when a search is made, all results are displayed instead of 100.

Canceled or Full Sessions

  • Added a FULL or Cancelled icon next to the session dropdown on the attendance, registrant list, and registration admin pages.

Contacts (Events, Conferences, Sessions)

  • The Contact dropdown list is now searchable.

Confirmation Messages

  • Added an optional unsubscribe link to emails.
  • Added a filter option for Delivery so you filter by Screen or Email confirmations.
  • Added a Type and Delivery column to the list of confirmation messages.
  • Added default session and registrant information to the special needs notifications for when there is no confirmation message chosen.
  • Changed the special needs recipient for conferences to match that of events:
    • 1st we check for a Session contact.
    • If there is no session contact we look for a Course or Conference contact.
    • If the previous options are empty, we send to the Footer Email address.

Custom Groups

  • Added the following search filters:
    • All Paid - Non Waiting List
    • All Paid - Waiting List
    • All Unpaid - Non Waiting List
    • All Unpaid - Waiting List

  • Added Category Name and Sub-Category Name to the Include Fields.

PDF Reports (Name Badge, Mailing Labels)

  • Changed the event name dropdowns to be searchable.
  • Added sort by Zip or Name to the Mailing Label report.
  • Mailing Labels
    • Changed the dropdown to Mailing Labels: 1 x 2-5/8, 30 per sheet
  • Name Badges
    • Changed Avery 5163 Name Badge Labels to Simple Name Badge, 2x4, 10 per sheet
    • Changed Avery 5395 Name Badge Labels to Customizable Name Badge, 2-1/3 x 3-3/8, 8 per sheet

Registrant Broadcast

  • Exclude inactive accounts by default.
  • Improved the on-screen notifications while messages are sent.
  • Added the following search filters

Sessions

  • Added the start time to the Start Date column on the admin Session List.
  • Widened the Type dropdown list in the Unit/Credit options.
  • Widened the Session Title text box.
  • The start and end time are defaulted to 12:00 AM when adding a date to an online session.
  • The Display End Date defaults to the session start date.
  • The Location dropdown is now searchable

System Status Report

  • Added values for the number of registrations done by either the registrant or an administrator.

User Access

  • When you click the User Access button on the User maintenance form, the User Access page now loads the User that was being edited.

Fixed

Admin Event & Conference Combined Search

  • Added links at the top to Add New Event and Add New Conference on Combined Search.
  • Let us know if you want this on your Admin menu.

Admin List Options

  • Fixed that only even number records were highlighted in yellow after editing.

Attendance

  • Attendance flag was not set when registering and marking all days as attended in rare circumstances for sessions with daily or daily partial attendance.

Attendance Sheets

  • When Full Name was chosen, the list was sorted by the first name instead of the last name.

Conferences

  • The end date is now prevented from being older than the start date.
  • Widened Location dropdown list.
  • Problem when changing a conference location.

Confirmation Messages

  • Add new was clickable when the message type was not selected.

Custom Groups

  • The Registrant Type dropdown was empty when creating a Group.

Custom Reports

  • Searching by temporary location name produced no results.

Events

  • Event List Status checkbox was not persisted in Firefox if something has been entered in Search Events dropdown

Public Search

  • View by Instructors didn’t initially display instructors under the advanced search options unless the Sort By Instructor option was chosen.

Sessions

  • No longer refreshing the screen when selecting a Session Type for conference sessions.
  • Problem refreshing the session list when searching for event names in Internet Explorer only.

Registrant Broadcast

  • Override the email preference was not working.
  • Search By instructor was missing some instructors.
  • Include registrants that have never registered for anything.

Transcript/Event Log

  • There was a problem with records displaying when one of the units chosen was set to not display on the transcript.

User Access

  • The User ID label was not in line with the Last Name label.
